Package Your Items
Securely pack the items in their original shipping box or a similar durable container, including the provided packing slip inside.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label from your email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
